Suspension and Cancellation

"INS-Net (Comprehensive Digital Communications Service)" will stop accepting new/relocation applications on August 31, 2024, and will cease providing the service on December 31, 2028. We will continue to accept new applications for optional services till the service ends.

Overview

If you no longer need Analog, INS-Net 64, or INS-Net 1500 service, NTT West can temporarily suspend your telephone service at your request. Please select one of the two types of suspension.

Type I (Ichiji Chudan)

You will be able to use the same telephone number or subscriber number as before when you resume service. Note that basic monthly charges will apply during the suspension period.

Type II (Riyo Kyushi)

You will retain subsctiption rights, but your telephone number or subscriber number will change when you resume service. Basic monthly charges will not apply during the suspension period.

- Note that you cannot suspend service with Analog Lite or INS-Net 64 Lite.
