How to Relocate Analog/INS-Net Services (Telephone Services)

A guide to moving your telephone subscription to a new location.

Notes

1. If your telephone number changed when relocating, etc., please contact the relevant company if using services of other telephone companies.
2. An NTT West representative will set up your telephone service. At that time, please note the information below.
   An NTT West representative will come to your location on the day requested for service to begin. The representative will need to test the modular jacks, so please ensure that you have all telecommunications equipment ready, and are present when the representative arrives.
   If, after installation is complete, you have any problems or issues with your line, please phone us at 113. (Please ensure that you have the correct phone number at that time.)
