An NTT West installation technician will set up your telephone service. At that time, please note the information below.
An NTT West installation technician will come to your location on the day requested for service to begin. The technician will need to test the modular jacks, so please ensure that you have all telecommunications equipment ready, and are present when the technician arrives.
If, after installation is complete, you have any problems or issues with your line, please phone us at 113. (Please ensure that you have the correct phone number at that time.)
