subscribers. With i-Number Service, subscribers can have three telephone numbers.
This service is designed to meet the needs of subscribers who might like their
own private numbers, a separate fax number or separate personal and business numbers.
i-Number makes having these separate lines easy and affordable. |

A telephone universal service fee 2.2 yen (including tax)/month and a telephone relay service fee 1.1 yen (including tax)/month are required for each telephone number in addition to the monthly charges.[The same applies to additional (optional) numbers.] (as of April 1, 2024)

*About Telephone Universal Service Fee
The telephone universal service fee is paid for ensuring the provision of universal services (subscriber telephones, public telephones, emergency calls) throughout Japan. The fee is same as the cost per phone number (number unit price) stipulated by the universal service support organization (Telecommunications Carriers Association). And will be reviewed in line with changes in the unit price per number by the universal service support organization.
*About Telephone Relay Service Fee
The telephone relay service fee is paid for ensuring the provision of the telephone relay service (which meditates communication by telephone for the hearing impaired, etc. using sign language and so on). The fee is same as the cost per phone number (unit price per number) stipulated by the telephone relay service support organization (Telecommunications Carriers Association).
