do not know what is wrong with your telephone, please call 113 (Repair Service).
Trouble-shooting telephone specialists at 113 will help locate the problem and
dispatch a repair person if necessary. |

| After-Hours Repair Service |

| At night, your call may be answered by a computerized answering
system. After the beep, please explain the problem and leave your name and daytime
telephone number. NTT West will try contacting you the following day. In case
of an emergency, please follow the Japanese prompts to be connected with a repair
operator. |
