Applying for Analog/INS-Net Services (Telephone Services) and FLET'S Services (Internet Access Services)

Monthly usage charges
Monthly usage charges for Analog and FLET'S ADSL
To use an Analog line and the Internet, an Analog line service charge, FLET'S ADSL monthly usage charge and other charges, and provider usage charge are required. Separate communications charges are also required.
Example: When using Analog Lite Plan (Class 3 Service Area for residential use) and FLET'S ADSL MORE SPECIAL (Type 1)*3
- *1 A telephone universal service fee 2.2 yen (including tax)/month and a telephone relay service fee 1.1 yen (including tax)/month are required for each telephone number in addition to the monthly charges.[The same applies to additional (optional) numbers.] (as of April 1, 2024)

*About Telephone Universal Service Fee
The telephone universal service fee is paid for ensuring the provision of universal services (subscriber telephones, public telephones, emergency calls) throughout Japan. The fee is same as the cost per phone number (number unit price) stipulated by the universal service support organization (Telecommunications Carriers Association). And will be reviewed in line with changes in the unit price per number by the universal service support organization.
*About Telephone Relay Service Fee
The telephone relay service fee is paid for ensuring the provision of the telephone relay service (which meditates communication by telephone for the hearing impaired, etc. using sign language and so on). The fee is same as the cost per phone number (unit price per number) stipulated by the telephone relay service support organization (Telecommunications Carriers Association). - *2 The monthly line service charge for Analog, etc. differs depending on the subscription details and usage type (classification for business use or residential use).

Monthly usage charges for INS-Net and FLET'S ISDN
To use INS-Net and the Internet, an INS-Net line service charge, FLET'S ISDN monthly usage charge and other charges, and Internet provider usage charge are required. Separate communications charges are also required.
Example: When using INS-Net 64 (for residential use) and FLET'S ISDN

Charges, cancelation fees, etc. shown include taxes.
- If INS-Net 64 is changed to Analog, etc., an additional contract fee, installation fee, and other fees are required.
Furthermore, if Analog Lite Plan is changed to Analog/INS-Net 64 or INS-Net 64 Lite is changed to Analog/INS-Net 64, a subscription fee is required in addition to the contract fee, installation fee, and other fees.
Analog/INS-Net installation charges
- - The installation charges differ depending on the installation work required.
- - If you use any of the following services and communications equipment, additional wiring and other installation work may be required, so be sure to contact the corresponding contracted providers.
- - Automatic notification service for gas leaks, etc., automatic meter reading service for electricity, gas, water, etc., remote control service, and other services
- - Home security and other security services
- - Emergency call system, fire alarm system, etc.
FLET'S ADSL/FLET'S ISDN initial costs
FLET'S ADSL
Example: When installation work is performed for FLET'S ADSL (Type 1) at the same time as installation work for a new subscription for Analog
Contract fee: ¥880 (incl.tax)
Switchboard installation charge: ¥1,320 (incl.tax)
- - A separate installation charge is required for installation work, etc. for a new subscription for Analog.
- - The installation charge differs depending on factors such as whether wiring work is required within the customer's residence. Click here for more information. (in Japanese only)
FLET'S ISDN
Example: When both INS-Net 64 and FLET'S ISDN are applied for at the same time (installation work between the NTT West telephone exchange building and protector), there is no contract fee or installation charge for FLET'S ISDN.
