Applying for Analog/INS-Net Services (Telephone Services)
A guide to applying for a new Analog/INS-Net subscription, and information about the different types of subscriptions.
Telephone line services

INS-Net 64 | Service providing two simultaneous subscriptions on a single line. Low monthly charges, for long-term use. |
INS-Net 64 Lite | Service providing two simultaneous subscriptions on a single line. Low-cost setup, for short-term use. |
INS-Net 1500 | Service providing 23 (or 24) subscriptions on a single line. For corporate customers or users with large-capacity communications needs. |

Important: Notes Regarding the INS-Net 64 and INS-Net 64 Lite Services
- - Note that some communications equipment becomes inoperable during blackouts or due to lightning damage.
- - Not available in some areas.
- - Phone number may change when switching from an INS-Net subscription.
- - If the subscriber's use of this service interferes or has an effect on other communications lines, usage may be suspended or the subscription cancelled.
About Analog Lite Plan, INS-Net 64 Lite
- - Analog Lite Plan and INS-Net 64 Lite cannot be transferred to services that require subscription fees.
- - Rights cannot be transferred/used to establish a pledge.
- - Service cannot be temporarily suspended.
Types of Phone Usage
Depending on the subscriber name and other factors, Analog or INS-Net 64 services are classified as business use or residential use, and monthly subscription charges differ as a result. NTT West will determine if the subscription is residential use or business use.

Telephone Directory Listing
Hello Page is a directory of business and residential listings. Town Page is a business directory. Both include names, telephone numbers, and addresses.
Name in Telephone Directory
Subscribers can be listed under the title of their choice, but the subscriber name, title, and so on must be ones that are commonly used.
Unlisted Numbers
Subscribers can request that their numbers not be listed.
