1. If using services of other telephone companies, please contact the relevant company.
2. After you suspend your telephone service by Type II (Riyo Kyushi), one or two bills may be issued for charges up until the time Analog or INS-Net service is actually disconnected. Subscribers using automatic bank transfer payment are requested to pay bills received, if the bank account is closed before the final payment can be made automatically.
