Midori Ippai Project Activities
Targeting at participation by 10,000 people throughout all prefectures in western Japan, the Midori Ippai Project started with about 2,000 participants across 18 prefectures, which increased to 11,045 people from all 30 prefectures by FY 2015. Activities of the project include regional conservation and tree-planting activities in cooperation with local governments and NPOs.
We will continue to aim at participation by 10,000 people and make proactive efforts toward biodiversity conservation in the local regions.
