Telegrams
How to order domestic telegrams
Call 115 to order by telephone.
• Only available with general subscriber telephones and mobile phones (NTT DOCOMO). (If being billed with your mobile phone bill, payment for the sixth and later telegram in a month will be made by credit card.)
• Dial 0120-759-560 if you wish to pay by credit card.
• Connection with the 115 telephone number may not be available from telephone lines of some other carriers.With some lines, dialing the 115 telephone number may connect you to a service other than the NTT West telegram ordering service. In that case, inform the operator that you wish to use the NTT West telegram ordering service or hang up and dial 0120-759-560.

• Payment is by credit card or by docomo mobile payment or by billing with telephone charges for telephone numbers registered in advance.
• Individual membership registration (free) is required before you can pay telegram charges together with telephone charges.
• BUSINESS D-MAIL for corporate users is available.
(Corporate membership registration (free) is required in advance. Telegram charges will be billed to the registered phone number.)
• Only telephone numbers for NTT West telephone lines can be registered.
• You are responsible for expenses related to Internet connection.
Applications via smartphone site

• The smartphone site is optimized for display on the following smartphones.
@Android: Version 1.6 or later (default browser)
@iPhone: iOS 4.2 or later (default browser)
• The site may not be able to be displayed properly on smartphones other than the above or in a browser other than the default browser.
• Payment is by credit card or by docomo mobile payment in advance.
• You are responsible for expenses related to Internet connection.

• IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and is used under license.
Credit cards that can be used for payment: NTT Group Card, VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
• Only credit cards issued in Japan can be used.
Note: The recipient can reject telegrams that arrive upon confirming the content and sender. If you wish to reject telegrams for a specific period of time, please notify the delivery staff or call 115.

• Applications only for fixed message emergency telegrams (fixed messages provided by NTT West for emergency contacts) and marine radiograms are accepted after 10 p.m. at 0120-000115 (toll free, in Japanese only).

• Telegrams for which orders are received between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. (from 8 a.m. to 12 noon for flower telegrams) will be delivered the same day. Telegrams for which orders are received from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. will be delivered after 8 a.m. the following morning.
• For the deliveries from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. , only fixed message urgent telegrams designated to be delivered during evening and early morning are applicable. (Evening and early morning delivery charges of \2,000[tax excluded] will apply in addition to fixed message emergency telegram charges.)
• Telegrams will be delivered to the location you specify.
Telegram charges
Telegram charges are the total of the charge according to number of characters and the charge for holder chosen.
Telegram (message) charge + holder charge = telegram charge
• If the sender’s name and address are included in the message, the charge for that text will be added.
• You will be informed about types of holder available when calling 115 or using D-MAIL (website).

Charges, cancelation fees, etc. shown do not include taxes. Consumption tax will be added when billing.
• Charges when ordering by PC or mobile phone site and smartphone site will be discounted \40(tax excluded) over those when ordering from 115.
• Congratulatory/consolatory telegrams can be ordered up to one month one month before delivery date in advance. If the order is received at least three days one month before delivery date in advance, a \150(tax excluded) discount will be given for each telegram.
• Telegram delivery can be cancelled (\300[tax excluded] per telegram). However, cancellation may not be possible on the scheduled day of delivery.
