| 1. Service Outline |
 | The Service enables multimedia communications using a range of media such as video, voice, and text data, between customers subscribing to our FLET'S series services.
A customer (contracted user) will be able to establish communication by logging into the Service's connection control unit and paging another customer (another contracted user) who is already logged into the unit using a nickname*1.
Customers will be able to use the Service once they have installed software*2 distributed by NTT West on their personal computers. |

A nickname is a username made up of a combination of 1 to 15 alphanumeric characters that can be chosen
and registered by customers. (Example: nttwest1) |

This program will be available via download from NTT West's website, CD-ROM, or other form of distribution. |
