Since August 2002, NTT West has been providing a broadband communications service called FLET'S Communication to customers in Osaka Prefecture using B FLET'S, FLET'S ADSL, and FLET'S ISDN ("FLET'S series services"), in order to meet the need for a variety of different communications modes, including video, voice/audio, and text data, that has developed with the spread of broadband communications. Having completed preparations, we are now expanding the service area.
In addition to the expanded service area, we will also provide the FLET'S Communication service with added functionality.

If User C registers User B as an approved sender, as indicated in the diagram above, messages sent to User C will be sent through or rejected as follows:
