1. "My Billing" is a service for customers who are subscribers or pay the bills of Subscriber Telephone, Subscriber Telephone Light Plan (Both are names of phone services.), INS-Net 64, INS-Net 64 Lite Plan (Both are names of comprehensive digital communications services.), Hikari Denwa (Name of IP phone service), Optical Fiber Phone (Name of phone service) or FLET'S Internet access services and use credit card or automatic bank transfer payment.
    My billing is not available for the lines that use bulk billing, lump-sum billing, installment billing, or early sending receipt.
  2. "My Billing" allows you to view notice of your charges, amount received, your charges up to the previous day, and call details. (If you want to view your call details, a separate form must be filled in to apply for the service. If you have already applied for the service of sending call details together with "Next Bank Transfer Notice and Receipt" etc., you do not need to apply for the service.)
  3. There is no charge for "My Billing" including preparing call details. However, the environment for accessing the Internet and receiving emails that is required to use "My Billing" must be prepared at your cost. Furthermore, you need to bear the costs for accessing the Internet and receiving emails.
  4. You need to manage your user ID and password at your own responsibility and we bear no responsibility whatsoever for the transfer, lending, loss, theft, etc. of your user ID and password.
  5. In principle, "Next Bank Transfer Notice and Receipt" etc. will not be issued from the billing month when "My Billing" service starts. However, if "My Billing" service is cancelled, a "Next Bank Transfer Notice and Receipt" will be issued to the customer who uses bank transfer payment from the billing month that includes the date of cancellation. Depending on the date of the cancellation, a "Next Bank Transfer Notice and Receipt" etc. may also be issued for the charges prior to the billing month that includes the date of cancellation. If you relocate involving cancellation or change of customer number, you can use "My Billing" to view the bills up to the billing month of cancellation.
  6. Notification from "My Billing" will be as follows.
    • (1)You are deemed to have been notified of the billing amount, amount received, etc. at the point when they are posted on "My Billing" site.
    • (2) We will send email notifications of usage charges and call details to the email address registered in the "Email Notification Settings" section of "My Billing." In addition, users agree that when changes occur in the terms and conditions of telecommunications services provided by us, we may deliver the details of such changes by sending emails. If you change your email address, please change it from the settings screen. We shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with information sent by our company.
  7. You can view your "Usage Charge Notice" for about the last 12 months. You can view your "Call Details" for the last 2 months for the billing month and the last 3 months for the carry-over month. However, customers who only use Hikari Denwa's "Call Details" can view the last 3 month's details. (You can not view your bills made before "My Billing" service starts.) If you cancel "My Billing," the service will be terminated about 2 months after the cancellation. If the ownership of the line is transferred to or inherited by a third party, "My Billing" will be cancelled from the bill for the billing month prior to the transfer or inheritance, and provision will be terminated about 2 months after the cancellation.
  8. Your password will become invalid and you will not be able to log in if your password is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row. If your password becomes invalid, please call the toll-free inquiries number of NTT West. A new password will be issued to you.
  9. We perform a security check for "My Billing" using the user ID, password, and customer number, but do not provide any further guarantees.
  10. When any of the following applies to the user, we may turn down the application or terminate the provision of My Billing without any prior notice or consent.
    • (1) When the user does not meet the conditions in Item 1 any longer.
    • (2) When the user violates any of these terms and conditions.
    • (3) When the charges can not debited from the user's bank account for 3 consecutive months.
    • (4) When the user can not continue credit card payment.
    • (5) Other than (1), (2), (3) and (4) above, when we decide that the user is not qualified.
  11. The user is not allowed to perform the following acts when using "My Billing".
    • (1) Unauthorized use of the user ID and password of another user.
    • (2) Unauthorized access attempt such as attempting to access "My Billing" system without authorization.
    • (3) Other acts that we decide disqualify the user.
  12. When any of the following applies, we may suspend or terminate the provision of "My Billing" without prior notice to or consent from the user. Note that we bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage caused by suspension or termination of "My Billing".
    • (1) When system maintenance or other tasks necessary for the operation of "My Billing" are required.
    • (2) When "My Billing" can not be provided due to an unexpected accident, disaster (earthquake, flood, tsunami, etc.) or incident (war, riot, etc.).
    • (3) When we decide it is necessary to do so.
  13. We may change the content of "My Billing" service, in whole or part, without prior notice to or consent from the user.
  14. We may change these terms and conditions without obtaining consent from the user. You are deemed to have been notified of changes to these terms and conditions at the point when they are posted on NTT West website or made available by other means.
