FLET'S ADSL

This network service uses your current analog line to give you best-effort access to your Internet service provider via the NTT West regional IP network. You can keep using your current line for telephone conversations while getting high-speed, high-capacity Internet access at up to 44 - 47 Mbps.

Two service plans let you choose whether you want to be able to use the telephone at the same time as the Internet, or use a line exclusively for the Internet.

Transmission speeds are not guaranteed. The maximum transmission speed may not be provided at all times depending on circuit conditions.

Number of basic sessions

The number of basic sessions* available with FLET'S ADSL is two. Optional sessions can be added for a fee. Please refer to the FLET'S PLUS website for more information.

*	"Number of sessions" refers to the number of Internet service providers (ISPs) etc. that a subscriber can access simultaneously.

Things you need

A separate contract with an Internet service provider compatible with this service is necessary. Please have ready a PC with a 10BASE-T (Ethernet) or 100BASE-TX interface and a LAN cable, or a PC with a USB interface.

FLET'S ADSL monthly charges will be discounted 10% if you register NTT West as the designated carrier for both the local call and in-prefecture long-distance call categories for MYLINE PLUS. MYLINE PLUS is only available for Type 2 subscribers if their FLET'S ADSL monthly charges are billed together with another telephone line from the same NTT West branch under the same subscriber name.
