This service lets you know the dialing charges and duration of a domestic call after you replace the receiver. Call 100 to place a time and charges call. You will be informed of the dialing charges and call duration when the call is finished. Charges First Three Minutes After Three Minutes The rate for the first three minutes depends on the distance, time and day of the week. After three minutes, the rate is charged per minute at 1/3 of the first three-minute rate.
