| Dialing charges for domestic collect calls are billed to the called
party. There are two ways to make a collect call. |

| Procedures |
| Dial 106 and tell the operator your name and the number you wish
to have dialed. |

| The operator will put your call through after the called party
accepts the charges. |

| Dial 108 and after the prompt, enter the telephone number of the
party you wish to call. You will hear another prompt asking you to say your name. |

| Your call will be put through after the called party accepts the
charges. |

| Charges |
A handling fee of ¥90 (¥94.5 tax included) and dialing charges
at Time and Charges (100)1 call rates will be billed for each call. |
A connection charge of ¥90 (¥94.5 tax included) and regular dialing
charges will be billed for each call.* |

Collect calls cannot be placed to certain numbers such as toll-free
and Dial Q2 numbers. |

When calling from a public phone, your change will be returned
after you replace the receiver (coins/telephone cards are not necessary when placing
collect calls from digital public phones). |

108 can be dialed from a touch-tone line. When you have a pulse
(rotary dial) line, you can use 108 if your telephone pulse/touch-tone switch
can be set to touch-tone. |
