Ichirittsu is a discount option, offering uniform rates for calls/data communications within the same prefecture (local and in-prefecture long-distance dialing/communications charges) regardless of distance. Application is required.

^*	MYLINE PLUS registration refers to when NTT West is designated for both the local call and in-prefecture long-distance call categories.

Notes on use

•	Detailed billing records must be retained to used this service.
•	This discount applies to analog calls or INS calls/data communications (voice and 64 kbps digital data communications modes) originating and concluding within the same prefecture in a month. However, this discount does not apply to the following: calls/data communications made using carriers other than NTT West; calls/data communications such as collect calls, time and charges calls, and conference calls (except for calls/data communications made to join conference calls); and information charges for directory assistance, Dial Q², etc. Also, calls such as those to mobile phones and IP phones that use connections with other carriers are not applicable.
•	Discounts are calculated for each monthly dialing charge accounting period. (The dialing charge accounting period may differ among subscribers.)
•	No deductions or carryovers will be made with Ichirittsu monthly charges or dialing/communications charges, even if there have been no savings for that month when Ichirittsu has not been applied.
•	The contract for this discount option continues until canceled by the subscriber. Also, the discount is applied for the accounting period even if the discount option is cancelled in the middle of the accounting period.
•	Sign-up and installation charges do not apply for this service.
•	As a rule, the discount on monthly charges available with MYLINE PLUS carrier designation service registration will take effect from the accounting period following the accounting period in which NTT West confirms the completion of the subscriber's MYLINE PLUS registration.
•	Prefectural boundaries correspond to the regions established by 1999 Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Ordinance 24 and may differ from administrative boundaries.
