| (1) |
These discount options are available on
a per-line basis. Not available with card-operated or regular private pay phones
(Pink Denwa; Super Kenta-kun, Area Plus and Time Plus are available), receiving-only
phones, temporary phones, Member's Net lines*, additional DID numbers. |

Super Kenta-kun applies to in-prefecture
long-distance calls; Kenta-kun 5 applies to long-distance calls to five in-prefecture
numbers for which your monthly dialing/transmission charges are the highest, once
charges to these numbers reach ¥500 (¥525 tax included) in a month; Kenta-kun applies to calls
to three in-prefecture numbers for which your monthly dialing/transmission charges
are the highest, once charges to these numbers reach ¥1,500 (¥1,575 tax included) in a month; i-AI-PLAN
applies to local calls to one designated number; TELE-HODAI applies to calls made
to designated numbers during the applicable calling times; Area Plus applies to
calls made to adjacent areas or areas within a 20-km radius; and Time Plus applies
to all local calls. These discount options do not apply to the following: calls
made using lines of telecommunications carriers other than NTT West, calls to
mobile phones, car phones and PHSs, collect calls, time and charges calls, Card
C calls*, conference calls (but do apply to calls made to join conference calls),
toll-free calls (Free Access), Message Dial calls*, toll free calls (Free Dial)*,
Navidial calls*, TELE-DOME calls*, TELE-GONG calls*, F-net calls*, and information
charges for directory assistance and DIAL Q2. |

Any three of the following discount options
can be used together: Super Kenta-kun, Kenta-kun 5, Kenta-kun, Wari-big, Wari-max,
i-AI-PLAN, TELE-HODAI, Area Plus and Time Plus. (However, Super Kenta-kun, Kenta-kun
5 and Kenta-kun cannot be used together, and neither can Wari-big or Wari-max
and TELE-HODAI or i-AI-PLAN.) In addition to the individual discount options and
the combinations listed above, these discount options can also be used in conjunction
with any one of the following services: Shabericchi*, OCN Shabericchi*, TELE-CHOICE*,
TELE-WISE*, Home and Office Discount*, TELE-WISE WIDE*, Super TELE-WISE*, Arcstar
Business Discount* or Group Discount* (Imeigi Discount). (Arcstar Business Discount
can be used with either TELE-WISE WIDE or Super TELE-WISE.) |

If subscribers do not have a contract with
NTT Communications, then discounts will not apply to calls made between prefectures
even if these calls fall under those applicable for TELE-HODAI or Area Plus. Please
also note that the monthly charges for TELE-HODAI and Area Plus will not be reduced
in this case. |

Detailed billing records will be kept in
order to calculate discounts for these discount options. For Kenta-kun 5, Kenta-kun,
i-AI-PLAN and TELE-HODAI, all of the telephone numbers called are recorded to
calculate discounts. |

Discounts are calculated for each monthly
dialing charge accounting period. (The dialing charge accounting period may differ
among subscribers.) |
| (3) |
The commencement dates for discounts under
these discount options differ among subscribers. Please inquire about the commencement
date when you apply. |
| (4) |
Subscribers will be billed the monthly charges
for Super Kenta-kun, Kenta-kun 5, Kenta-kun, i-AI PLAN, TELE-HODAI, Area Plus
and Time Plus even if there are no savings on dialing/transmission charges in
that month. No deductions or carry-overs on monthly charges or dialing/transmission
charges will be made to compensate for loss of savings. |

Contracts for these discount options continue
until canceled by the subscriber. Also, the full monthly charge is billed and
the discount will still be applied to calls made up to the last day of the accounting
period, even if the discount option is canceled in the middle of that accounting
period. |

Changes to service plans will take effect
at the beginning of the next accounting period. |
| (7) |
Contract and installation charges do not
apply for these discount options. |
| (8) |
Calls to adjacent areas and areas within
a 20-km radius refers to calls to the MA (Message Area: the area in which you
can call for up to 3 minutes for ¥8.5 (¥8.925 tax included) Daytime/Evening) adjacent to the local
MA to which the caller belongs, or to calls to an MA that is less than 20 km away
from the caller's MA. Distance between MA is the distance in a straight line from
a base point designated by NTT West in the caller's MA to a base point in the
called party's MA. (The distance between the caller and the party called is not
the actual distance between the two parties' residences.) |

Even when a subscriber applies for multiple
discount options, two discount options will never be applied at the same time.
Please check the specific conditions for discounts when you apply. (When i-AI-Plan
is used in conjunction with Time Plus, Time Plus will not apply to dialing/transmission
charges that exceed the set limit for i-AI-PLAN.) |
