Using Your Own Terminal Equipment
Please return any NTT West rental equipment that you no longer intend to use. NTT West will stop billing the equipment rental charge from the day of notification.
Note: Please be aware of a recent number of incidents in which someone posing as an NTT West employee has visited customers' homes and pressured them into purchasing telephone sets under false pretenses. Please remember that NTT West employees always carry their employee ID, and those who work for companies contracted with NTT West always carry their credentials.
