Procedures to Change the Name on the Subscription Rights
A guide to procedures for changing the name on the subscription rights of Analog and INS-Net telephone services.
(Procedures are handled by mail.)
Types of name changes
The subscriber name for Analog/INS Net service may change for one of the three reasons listed below. Select the reason that matches your case and then carry out the required procedures. Applications are accepted by mail.
